Love on the Inside (LOTI) (Low-tie)* is a place to reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.
We have the map. Together, we can discover your key, opening the door to the place where you truly belong.
I have been helping woman for over 25 years to answer the call, find their power, and magic, helping them to empower those around them.

Loti resides in us all. there to quietly support us. Not in criticism or judgement, but with wisdom and strength, to help us stand tall
I have spent 25 years helping women and children find their 'self.'
My journey started many years ago, when I realised I was not at the centre of my life. I was exhausted and didn't know how to find my 'self'. Where I could create a life that felt meaningful and full of joy.
I had a loving family, a home and a life that looked good on the outside, but I was not on the inside.
The knowledge and wisdom I have gained over the years to help women is something I value. To help women that feel stuck, lost, or unable to create relationships, lives and businesses where they are able to lead soulful lives, feels amazing and I feel privledged to have met and helped so many women.
At my centre I am hugely creative. Creativity and sustainability are at my roots. You will always finds me discovering beautiful pieces at the carboot, painting, or sewing something or other. But awareness and growth are also a large passion of my life.
There was a time in my life that the creativity took a back seat , while the passion for awareness and helping others grew
But I soon realised I could not live without my creativity. It is how I grow and feel alive.
Through the Create workshops I bring creativity and wellness together, so you can create a life with you in it.
I help women create lives where there is freedom, wisdom and joy,
So many women have so much wisdom and yet it seems out of reach. I help women get back their time, find their soul and purpose, understanding what matters to them. I help them create lives, where they no longer abandon themselves. This affects those around them, making energy shifts to uplift those in her life.
Being at the centre of Loti, is at the heart of who I am. I have been a daughter, girlfriend, friend, wife, a mother, a business woman, a creative arts psychotherapist, offering creative transformation sessions. A play therapist, A reiki practitioner, a transformation coach, spiritual guide and mentor, and many things, but those titles do not define me.
During my journey and awakening I found my soul's purpose and helped many women do the same, instead of abandoning themselves.
Who I am at the heart of those roles is what defines me. Letting go of the roles we play that do not serve us in our relationships and careers can sometimes be the hardest thing we can do, but it can bring you the greatest amount of peace. Finding yourself and who you are underneath all the roles and life experiences is what is at the centre of everything you do. Being comes before doing.
I have walked a life of may experiences, separation both from myself and others, loss, trauma, but more importantly I know what it is like to feel exhaustion, disempowered and not be in the driver seat of your own life.
I support you to find your truth, your true identity, guiding you to show up in your life with authenticity, embracing your difference, so you can experience peace, and clarity and feel comfortable in your own skin, from the inside out.

An energy that allows her to connect to her divine feminine energy, allowing her to trust her inner wisdom, and intuition creating a life that radiates confidence, clarity, joy and passion. Allowing her to create a system that works for her, not against her. A system that she creates to work on a deep soul cellular level, continually nourishing her body and soul. So that she will stop second-guessing herself, know what feels right for her without needing constant reassurance. She will feel calmer in her decisions, instead of overwhelmed or stuck. and she will start choosing from a place that actually feels good… not from pressure, fear, or habit. She will feel comfortable in her own skin, and that will make her feel beautiful and help her thrive.

For those that know me, I am rarely without a good cup of Cocao... I love hot chocolate!! warm knitted blankets, oils, anything aromatherapy, sunshine and a good lip balm. I love travelling and singing and dancing, No particular order or style, just singing my heart out and dancing in the kitchen or anywhere to be fair. I love playing games and tennis. I love a good book or film, baths, and I love great smells, journalling, writing and one of my most favourite things of all, sharing a good cuppa with friends, And did I mention FOOD. I LOVE FOOD!!! A good place to eat, home, a restaurant, a lovely new place on your travels. That's where I find home, good food, lovely company and family, a warm environment full of love, fun, games and joy.

I love travelling and exploring and meeting new people, and learning about new cultures. I simply love learning.

Painting, creativity, sewing and all things sustainable are my outlet and passion. Creating from my soul is what lights me up because I love the transformation that takes place within your soul. I have painted since I was a child, and love the feeling it brings, but painting in alignment is pure magic.
