My purpose in life was to embrace the dark, find the light, ignite my soul, to live a life of truth, abundant joy, and peace, uplifting those around me, helping to ignite your light and glow.

I know the path and journey well, as I have walked the path home a thousand times, helping women and children to find it too, reconnecting them to align and find their magic, embrace and remove their shadows, so they can shine, helping them to discover their TRUTH, THEIR LOTI, (Low-tie*) Love on the inside. I know the way, I know how to embrace the path, I have the map and I can help you find your key,
I have been helping woman for over 20 years to answer the call, find their power, and magic, helping them to empower those around them.

I have spent many years helping women and chidlren find their 'self.'
My journey started many years ago, when I had created a life, that looked fine on the outside, but on the inside I was in so much pain. I couldn't stop crying and I didn't know why. I had a lovely family, home and life, but I was not at the centre of that life. I always felt like somehting was missing and just didn't feel right.
I could not put my finger on it. I lived in the constant feeling of second guessing myself, never really sure how I felt or what I should be doing. I had hobbies, friends and children and a husband, but life felt like soemthing was missing. I could never fully trust myself.
I tried counselling, medication but none of that worked.
Then one day I found Loti (Low-tie)* she came into my life and I have never looked back. She took me on a journey of self discovery, where I not only found myself, but I found the magic and joy of life. I cannot tell you what I discovred along the way in those 25 years, and now I want to share with you what she taught me. In that time I have walked with many women, helping them to discover their 'self,' too.
Being at the centre of Loti, is at the heart of who I am. I have been a daughter, girlfriend, friend, wife, a mother, a business woman, a creative arts psychotherapist, offering creative transformation sessions,. A reiki practitioner, a transformation coach, spiritual guide and mentor, and many things, but those titles do not define me.
Who I am at the heart of those roles is what defines me. Letting go of the roles we play that do not serve us in our relationships and careers can sometimes be the hardest thing we can do, but it can bring you the greatest amount of peace. Finding yourself and who you are underneath all the roles and life experiences is what is at the centre of everything you do. Being, is far more important than doing.
I have walked a life of may experiences, separation both from myself and others, loss, trauma, but more importantly I know what it is like to feel exhaustion, disempowered and not be in the driver seat of your own life.
I support you to find your truth, your true identity, not your role. Guiding you to show up in your life with authenticity, embracing your difference, so you can experience peace, and clarity and feel comfortable in your own skin, from the inside out.

LOTI *(Low-tie) - Love on the inside is not perfection, but we believe that every woman, regardless of her age, holds an incredible, untamed power within her. An energy that allows her to connect to her divine feminine energy, allowing her to trust her inner wisdom, and intuition creating a life that radiates confidence, clarity, joy and passion. Allowing her to create a system that works for her, not against her. A system that she creates to work on a deep soul cellular level, continually nourishing her body and soul. So that she will stop second-guessing herself, know what feels right for her without needing constant reassurance. She will feel calmer in her decisions, instead of overwhelmed or stuck. and she will start choosing from a place that actually feels good… not from pressure, fear, or habit. She will feel comfortable in her own skin, and that will make her feel beautiful and help her thrive.
LOTI is all about helping women find this energy within, so she can create the most amazing things, from children, to connections, relationships, to businesses, creativity, lives, and health, creating a unique space where she can just be her amazing self! Whoever she chooses to be, knowing that she does not arrive to her unique space with perfection. She embraces her perfect imperfections, learning to trust herself, finding her vitality and magic.

For those that know me, I am rarely without a good cup of Cocao... I love hot chocolate!! warm knitted blankets, oils, anything aromatherapy, sunshine and a good lip balm. I love travelling and singing and dancing, No particular order or style, just singing my heart out and dancing in the kitchen or anywhere to be fair. I love playing games and tennis. I love a good book or film, baths, and I love great smells, journalling, writing and one of my most favourite things of all, sharing a good cuppa with friends, And did I mention FOOD. I LOVE FOOD!!! A good place to eat, home, a restaurant, a lovely new place on your travels. That's where I find home, good food, lovely company and family, a warm environment full of love, fun, games and joy.

Painting and being creative is my outlet and passion. Creating from my soul is what lights me up. I have painted since I was a child, and love the feeling it brings, but painting in conscious alignment is pure magic. You never know where it will go, or how it will feel, or what it will teach you or the magic it brings. Being able to directly speak to your soul is pure divine magic.
