We all have a loti within us. to walk with us in moments of darkness and light. She walks with us not in control or judgement but as support, wisdom and strength, to carry us when we need it,  to walk beside us as a friend, witness us in the moments of happiness and in the moments of sadness, never leaving us, just there to show us we matter. So we know ourselves as courageous, wise, and good enough  to continue the path called life.  Being able to look her in the eye and know your beauty from the inside out.

 She knows strength, wisdom, clarity and passion, humility, creativity, patience, compassion, but she also knows courage, bravery and strength, and she has also known pain, deep soul pain. 
She knows all pain, hurt, and loss, and she is ready to walk with you, IF YOU ARE READY??

 She will walk with you as you navigate the path, building your walls and knocking them down again. She walks with you in exhaustion, joy and energy. She understands your worry, guilt, boredom, or the never ending loop. She has the ability to ignite your light and to help you step onto the path.
