There comes a time in our lives, a moment when we realise that the way we are living no longer serves us. You begin to hear the whispers of your soul, wondering if there is a different way, or maybe out of necessity you are unable to move because your body is no longer taking instructions from you and is finally on strike, and no matter how hard you will yourself to do things, your body stays resistance to your instructions or control. You push, you work hard, and as women we put everyone before ourselves. Refusing to listen to the whispers of our soul, continuing to push feelings away, supressing them into your very soul, simply so you can carry on and be strong, usually because as women we have so many responsibilities that there is very little time for you. You begin to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and no longer want to meet the expectations of the outside world, constantly running your life on the word, ‘should,’ and constantly trying to get through your list of things to do, but in doing so you harm the most precious thing you have and will ever have, your body and soul, to the point that it begins to lack joy, motivation, and vitality, instead feeling exhausted, lacking in motivation, confused and overwhelmed, not knowing which way to turn, but life does not have to feel this way.

The more we push, work hard, and control life, suppressing our very essence, emotions and soul, we clog up our own internal system. We force it to the brink and like any system, when it is not maintained and looked after, you start to notice that things begin to slow down, get sluggish, and at times come to a halt. Our systems are no different. When we do not honour our wisdom and learn to rest and express, we fill the cells of our bodies with emotional toxins, stopping them from functioning, and instead we show up with disease, exhaustion, overwhelm, and much more but we could listen to our bodies before they decide to stop. We can respect and pay attention to the whispers before it is too late. For many of us life is so busy, on a constant hamster wheel, that we can’t hear the whispers, and for some of us we have even brought unexpressed emotions with us from childhood, which puts us at a disadvantage because we are already carrying a heavy load that prevents us from hearing.
Love on the Inside is returning and a remembering, a transition and a sacred return to the truth, and that your deepest wisdom, your clearest answers, your greatest joy live within. You have everything you need right within you, but it is the art of knowing how to turn to love on the inside and look within to find what it is you need. You will never seek it on the outside of yourself, for nobody knows you, like you. Understanding your guidance system and being able to connect with it and understand its wisdom is the key. Understanding the truth that comes from within.
When you live from the inside out, your nervous system is no longer in protection or defence and on high alert. You are able to listen to your body and truly rest without guilt, relinquishing roles so you no longer have to meet the expectation of everyone else, and the outside world, and you feel good enough from the inside out, deep within your soul, not just pretending to feel good enough by collecting titles, or roles, or trinkets, but when the expectations are gone, and you still feel good enough to the core, and know who you are. Not bound by the outside and what you think you need to do. Your sacred space and remembering, allows you to understand the wisdom that you innately hold within.
When you live from the inside out, your choices become clearer, and you stop second-guessing every move or waiting for permission. You can make clear decisions, knowing they are right for you. You begin to feel your yes and your no, from your very core and from your bones. You know what is right for you, because you are aligned. Life is not about being perfect, it is being able to listen and know what it is you need or what to do next. Love on the inside is not about perfection, it is about knowing what you need and when. It doesn’t mean it will be perfect but because you know what it is you need it becomes perfectly imperfect, instead of you being an observer to life. Instead you live life course correcting as you go, able to face the failures and mistakes and know they are a part of life’s journey and learning, being able to adapt and change, because you are not on a pre-defined course, but because you are learning the route.
“It is not the most intelligent of species that survive, nor the strongest that survive, it is the one most adaptable to change.” Charles Darwin
You learn to stop performing. You don’t need to prove you’re good enough, smart enough, nice enough, selfless enough, so your choices are based on what is right for you.
You don’t need to live your life by the roles you have adopted to keep you safe, you can be authentic, real, and expressive coming to learn you can love and support others, but not at the cost of losing yourself.
When you are no longer blocked by stress, or roles or shame, you are able to find purpose and joy in your life, and you are able to tap into your creative flow, birthing new ideas, solutions, relationships, no longer focusing all your energy on surviving, which means your body, your cells, and your soul all have room for thriving, helping you to connect to your feminine source, which allows you to be in tune with yourself, where you flow with ideas, no longer have to push and strive so hard.
Love on the inside is about compassion and returning home to you. It’s about being able to accept, feel, and become the true you in every sense, with all the shadows, darkness, and all the unknown, knowing every inch will bring you to wholeness, relinquishing every role you had to adopt, to feel good enough, and relearning that you no longer need those roles to feel good enough.
Love on the inside is deep soul cellular transformations, not from the mind but deep within the cells of your body. Through creative expressions, nourishing the nervous system, soulful reflections and body-based nourishment, you return home to your feminine wisdoIt’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are when you’re fully connected to your inner world, making room for your feminine flow.
Being seen on the inside makes the change, not trying to change things on the outside. Energy shift on the inside, gives you clarity so you know what you need and when. and when you know and you are in alignment, the wheels start turning and you can begin to create the life you want.
You have always been good enough.
